El 15 de noviembre, la KFA en el Reino Unido, el Grupo de Estudio de la Idea Juche de Inglaterra (JISGE) y la Asociación para el Estudio de la Política Songun del Reino Unido (ASSPUK), organizaron un encuentro virtual por vídeo-llamada a través de internet. El Primer Secretario del Grupo de Estudio de la Idea Juche (GEIJ) de Madrid participó en este encuentro, una actividad que nuestro Grupo hacía por primera vez. Nuestro camarada redactó un informe que pasamos a detallar.
La reunión comenzó a las 20:30, y en ella también participaron integrantes de la KFA de Estados Unidos y de la KFA del Estado español. El encuentro se abrió con un breve resumen a cargo del Delegado Oficial de la KFA en Reino Unido de la obra «El Socialismo es Ciencia», del Dirigente Kim Jong Il, tras lo cual procedimos a debatirla distendidamente, aportando cada uno de los participantes su opinión sobre la misma. Se ha seguido un proceso idéntico a la hora de tratar el «Mensaje de Kim Jong Un a los participantes en el VII Congreso de la Federación General de los Sindicatos de Corea»: primero, un breve resumen del texto, y tras ello una amena charla tratando los puntos principales.
Algunos de los extractos que detacamos de la obra «El Socialismo es Ciencia»:
«El socialismo es ciencia. En diferentes países se frustró, pero sigue en pie como ciencia en el corazón de los pueblos. En vista de la situación por la que atraviesan algunos países que lo construían, los imperialistas y otros reaccionarios hablan ruidosamente del fin del socialismo. Los renegados arguyen que la misma idea socialista es una equivocación para justificar su abominable acto traidor. Pero es imposible tapar la verdad y eliminarla. El derrumbe del socialismo en varios países no significa su fracaso como ciencia sino el descrédito del oportunismo que lo degeneró. Aunque sufre temporalmente un doloroso revés a causa del oportunismo, con seguridad resurgirá y triunfará al fin por su cientificidad y veracidad.»
«Aunque el socialismo constituye una etapa inevitable del desarrollo de la historia y es la sociedad más progresista, y que corresponde a la naturaleza independiente del hombre, no se implanta por sí solo. Para realizar el socialismo es imprescindible preparar las fuerzas revolucionarias capaces de asumir y cumplir esta empresa, y adoptar correctos métodos de lucha. De lo contrario, la demanda independiente de las masas populares que aspiran al socialismo quedará como un mero anhelo.»
«Los explotadores y sus acólitos, preconizando la colaboración entre las clases, maniobraron para impedir la lucha de las masas trabajadoras contra la explotación y la opresión. En el seno del movimiento comunista los reformistas y revisionistas abogaron por esa colaboración, causando grandes daños al desarrollo del movimiento revolucionario. En la actualidad, los renegados del socialismo, ilusionados con el capitalismo y depositando esperanzas en la ayuda y cooperación de los imperialistas, levantan una tumultuosa campaña de retorno a él. La historia demuestra que esperar de la “buena voluntad” de los explotadores o de la “colaboración entre las clases”, es hacer que la revolución fracase.«
«En la sociedad socialista, la transformación del hombre, la de su ideología, se presenta como la tarea perentoria, más importante que la preparación de las condiciones materiales y económicas, y sólo concediéndole la prioridad es posible reforzar el sujeto de la revolución e incrementar su papel para edificar con éxito el socialismo. Si se descuida esta tarea, mientras se da la importancia decisiva a las condiciones materiales y económicas objetivas, y se aferra a la construcción económica, relegando al segundo plano la transformación ideológica de las masas populares, es imposible construir con éxito el socialismo en todos sus aspectos y evitar el estancamiento en la misma edificación económica.»

“[A los sindicatos] les atañe poner gran empeño en la educación para aprender el espíritu revolucionario de los militares y el de los héroes jóvenes del monte Paektu. Inculcarán a sus miembros la idea y el lineamiento del Partido acerca de la priorización militar para que aprendan a conciencia los asuntos militares y mantengan siempre el estado de tensión y alerta, empuñando en una mano el fusil de la revolución y en otra el martillo de la clase. Intensificarán la educación y la lucha ideológicas encaminadas a frustrar las maniobras de penetración ideológica y cultural del imperialismo y sus seguidores, de manera que todos sus miembros mantengan firme la posición de la clase obrera y lleven una vida revolucionaria, sin contagiarse del veneno capitalista.»
«Para ser los que se fortalecen más con sus propios recursos y protagonistas de la era de la economía del conocimiento, dominarán las modernas ciencias y tecnología.»
«[Las organizaciones sindicales] normalizarán entre los obreros y demás miembros las actividades deportivas, culturales y artísticas y activarán el establecimiento de la cultura en la producción y la vida, a fin de crear la nueva cultura de la clase obrera y animar el ambiente social.»
«El movimiento masivo es un instrumento eficaz para imprimir con la innovación colectiva un auge continuo en la construcción socialista. A las organizaciones sindicales les atañe fomentar diversos movimientos como los de la emulación socialista, de la innovación técnica de masas, de máquina ejemplar para aprender del torno No.26 y de los trabajos útiles en correspondencia a la demanda de la realidad en que la construcción de la potencia socialista ha alcanzado un nuevo peldaño, de manera que los obreros y otros integrantes dediquen toda su pasión e inteligencia a la construcción socialista.»
«Apoyarán la lucha antiyanqui de los obreros surcoreanos por la independencia, la democratización de la sociedad y el derecho a la existencia y, bajo el ideal de “Entre nosotros, los connacionales”, lograrán la solidaridad y alianza con los sindicatos surcoreanos para abrir el camino de la reintegración independiente.»
«La Federación apoyará y materializará el ideal y principio de nuestro Partido respecto a la política exterior, estimulará a los pueblos progresistas del mundo en su lucha por la independencia, la paz y el socialismo y ampliará las relaciones de buena vecindad, amistad y cooperación con los sindicatos y otras asociaciones de obreros de varios países y las organizaciones sindicales internacionales, engrosando las filas de partidarios y simpatizantes con nuestra revolución y anticipando la independencia a escala mundial.»
«[Los dirigentes sindicales] se habituarán a bajar a instancias inferiores y convivir con las masas ayudándolas y conduciéndolas. Abandonarán decididamente el viejo y anacrónico método de trabajo de limitarse a transmitir las indicaciones del Partido a las instancias inferiores o dedicarse únicamente a las reuniones y la documentación como si fueran el conjunto de las actividades de la Federación y, siempre en pleno contacto con las masas, sembrarán con sus propias manos y recogerán el fruto de sus esfuerzos.»
«Integrarán las filas de dirigentes sindicales con hombres que sean fieles al Partido, que disfruten de la confianza de las masas, que se hayan curtido con el trabajo y que sean competentes en su profesión.»
Socialism is a Science
On November 15, the KFA in the United Kingdom, the Juche Idea Study Group of England (JISGE) and the Association for the Study of Songun Politics UK (ASSPUK) organized a virtual video-call meeting through the internet. The First Secretary of the Juche Idea Study Group (GEIJ) of Madrid participated in this meeting, an activity that our Group was doing for the first time. He wrote a report that we are glad to share with all of you.
The meeting began at 8:30 pm. Members from the KFA-USA and KFA-Spain also participated. The meeting was opened with a brief summary by Official Delegate of the KFA in United Kingdom about the work by Great Leader Kim Jong Il «Socialism is a Science». Then, we proceeded to discuss it, contributing each of the participants on it. An identical process followed in discussing the «Letter to those attending the Seventh Congress of GFTUK«, by Dear Marshal Kim Jong Un: first, a brief summary of the text, and then a pleasant talk about the main points.

«Socialism is a science. Socialism has been frustrated in a number of countries, but scientific socialism is as alive as ever in the minds of the people. The imperialists and reactionaries are fussing about the «end of socialism», with regard to the events in some countries which had been building socialism. The renegades of socialism try to justify their despicable betrayal, claiming that the ideal of socialism itself is invalid. However, the truth cannot be concealed or obliterated. The crumbling of socialism in various countries does not mean the failure of socialism as science but the bankruptcy of opportunism which has corrupted socialism. Although socialism is temporarily experiencing a heart-rending setback because of opportunism, it will without fail be revived and win ultimate victory for its scientific accuracy and truth.”
«Although socialism is an inevitable stage of historical development and socialist society is the most progressive one which conforms with man’s independent nature, socialism will never be realized spontaneously. In order to realize socialism, we must prepare the revolutionary forces capable of doing this and evolve a correct method of struggle. Unless the revolutionary forces and the method of struggle are prepared, the desire for independence of the popular masses who aspire after socialism will remain a mere wish.”
«The exploiter class and their stooges put forward the «theory of class cooperation» and tried to block the struggle of the exploited working masses against exploitation and oppression. Within the communist movement, reformists and revisionists demanded «class cooperation» and seriously harmed the revolutionary movement. Today, traitors to socialism are also clamouring for a return to capitalism, harbouring illusions about capitalism and expecting «aid» and «cooperation» from the imperialists. History shows that to expect «good will» or «class cooperation» from the exploiter class is to make a mess of the revolution.”
«In socialist society, the transformation of man, his ideological remoulding, becomes a more important and primary task than thai of creat-ing the material and economic conditions of socialism. Only when precedence is given to the transformation of man, will it be possible to strengthen the driving force of the revolution and increase its role, and thus build socialism successfully. If the ideological remoulding of the popular masses is regarded as a matter of secondary importance and the work of strengthening the driving force of the revolution and enhancing its role is neglected in socialist society, while attaching decisive importance to the objective material and economic conditions and concentrating only on economic construction, the building of socialism as a whole cannot be carried out properly and economic construction itself cannot avoid stagnation.”

«Trade unions organizations should put efforts into educating their members to learn from the revolutionary soldier spirit and the spirit of the Paektusan hero youth. They should implant in them the Party’s idea and line of prioritizing military affairs so as to make them study military affairs with sincerity and remain alert and prepared at all times by firmly holding the weapon of the revolution in one hand and the hammer of the class in the other. They should intensify ideological education and ideological struggle, which are aimed at smashing the reactionary ideological and cultural infiltration by the imperialists and their following forces, so as to keep their members from being contaminated by the capitalist poison and lead all of them to hold fast to the working-class stand and live and work in a sound and revolutionary manner.”
«If they are to be strong in the self-development capability and play the major role in the era of the knowledge-based economy, the working class and other trade union members should master modern science and technology.«
«Trade union organizations should ensure that the working class and other trade union members conduct mass-based sporting, cultural and artistic activities on a regular basis and establish a cultured way of production and life, so as to create a new culture of the working class and make the whole society brim over with vibrant spirit.”
«Mass movement is a powerful means for bringing about an uninterrupted upsurge in socialist construction on the strength of collective innovations. Trade union organizations should organize and briskly conduct socialist emulation campaign, mass technical innovation drive, movement to create model lathes following the example of Lathe No. 26, good-conduct movement and other mass movements as demanded by the reality, when a powerful socialist country is being built on a new high. By doing so, they can encourage the working class and other trade union members to devote all their enthusiasm and wisdom to socialist construction.”
«They should actively support and encourage the workers in south Korea in their struggle for anti-US independence, democratization of society and their right to existence, promote solidarity and collaboration with labour union organizations in south Korea under the ideal of By Our Nation Itself, and thus open up the road to independent reunification.”
«The GFTUK should defend and apply our Party’s idea and principles of foreign policy, encourage the progressive peoples of the world in their struggle for independence, peace and socialism, and develop relations of good-neighbourliness, friendship and cooperation with the trade unions in other countries and international labour organizations, so as to expand the ranks of the supporters of and sympathizers with our revolution and accelerate the cause of global independence.”
«[Trade Union officials] should go down to the lower echelons as a matter of routine, mingling with the masses in and out of their work and helping and leading them forward. They should eliminate such outdated and backward methods of working as merely conveying the Party’s policies to the lower-echelon organizations or confining the trade union work to meetings and paperwork. Instead, they should always go deep among the masses, sowing seeds and harvesting fruits by themselves.”
«They should build up the ranks of trade union officials with competent people who are faithful to the Party, popular among the masses, tempered through labour and possessed of practical abilities.«
